Applicants Without an English Test Score
Applicants who do not have a qualifying English proficiency test score at the time of admission may still be admitted and begin their studies. These students must obtain and submit evidence of meeting the University's minimum English proficiency requirement within the first year of enrollment.

Required Application Documents
Applicants should submit the following documents with their application:

• Copy of the photo page of a valid passport or other acceptable identification;
• College or university transcript;
• Copy of bachelor's degree diploma, if already graduated;
• For applicants who are currently completing their bachelor's degree and do not yet have a diploma, a copy of their current student ID or other evidence of enrollment;
• English proficiency test result, if available;
• Autobiography or personal statement; and
• Any additional documents requested by the Admissions Office.
  
  Master's Degree Requirements
  The Master of Science in Complementary and Integrative Health consists of 10 graduate courses totaling 40 semester units.
  Students are also required to complete the University's designated non-credit prerequisite/orientation coursework in accordance with current academic policies. Students must satisfy all academic, satisfactory academic progress, and graduation requirements stated in the current School Catalog.
