Accreditation
Accreditation is an impartial assessment of an institution's educational programs to evaluate whether they meet established quality criteria.
IULS has been approved by the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM™) — formerly the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM®) — to provide continuing education PDA courses and events for NCBAHM Diplomates, allowing us to offer a variety of courses and advantages to our faculty, staff, and learners. As our approval was granted before the organization's January 2026 name change, the provider seal displayed bears the former NCCAOM® name and logo; this approval remains valid and is fully recognized under NCBAHM™.
In addition, we are an American Herbalists Guild (AHG) member school, which enables us to participate in AHG webinars and events and offer herbal remedy-making courses.
IULS is also preparing for U.S. higher education accreditation.
